Job summary

Monson-and-Sons,-Inc. is seeking a full-time Company Driver with a Class A CDL to operate United States routes. Starting pay is $0.59 per loaded mile with incremental increases based on years of service, plus per-stop pay and bonuses.

Eligible after 90 days for health and other benefits, with family-owned company values and a focus on safety. Positions require 3 years of verifiable OTR experience, a clean MVR, ability to pass DOT physical and driving test, and willingness to scan paperwork at

Qualifications

• 3 years verifiable OTR Class A experience.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
• Clear MVR with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must pass driving test.

Responsibilities

• Operate long-haul routes across the United States.
• Earn mileage-based pay with step increases by service length.
• Complete paperwork at cab or truck stop and maintain logs.
• Ensure safety and compliance with DOT regulations.

Short haul miles, 1-150/mls is $0.15 additional per loaded mile, 151-368 is $0.10 additional per loaded mile
