Job summary

Monson-and-Sons,-Inc. is seeking a full-time Company Driver with a Class A CDL to operate across the United States.

Starting pay is $0.59/mile, with increases to $0.60, $0.61, $0.62, $0.63, and $0.64 per mile based on years of service, and a potential annual earnings range of $50K–$100K. Benefits begin after 90 days, including health and vision; other perks include a roadside inspection bonus, referral bonus, and stop pay after the first.

Qualifications

• 3 years verifiable OTR Class A experience.
• Clear MVR with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment tests.

Responsibilities

• Drive United States route as a company driver.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Complete paperwork scanning and reports as required.
