Job summary

Monson-and-Sons,-Inc. is seeking a Full Time Company Driver to haul across the United States. Openings: 10. Must hold a Class A CDL and meet DOT requirements. Short-haul surcharges apply and there are annual pay increases based on years of service.

Starting pay is $0.59/mile with incremental increases up to $0.64/mile after 5 years. Benefits after 90 days include health, vision, dental, AFLAC, and 401K with company match; bonuses for referrals and roadside inspections are also offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years verifiable OTR Class A experience.
• Clear MVR - No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must be able to DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen & physical capacity test.
• Must pass driving test.

Short haul miles, 1-150/mls is $0.15 additional per loaded mile, 151-368 is $0.10 additional per loaded mile
