Job summary

Monson-and-Sons, Inc. is seeking a full-time Company Driver with a valid Class A CDL to operate across the United States. You will join a family-owned and operated fleet with competitive earnings and a strong safety focus.

Starting pay is $0.59/mile, increasing over time, with bonuses for violation-free roadside inspections and stops. Benefits include health, vision, dental, AFLAC, 401K, and more after 90 days or one year depending on plan.

Qualifications

• 3 years verifiable OTR Class A experience.
• Clear MVR - No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must be able to DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen & physical capacity test.
• Must pass driving test.

Short haul miles, 1-150/mls is $0.15 additional per loaded mile, 151-368 is $0.10 additional per loaded mile
