Job summary

Monson-and-Sons, Inc. is seeking a full-time Company Driver with a Class A CDL to operate across the United States. This position requires 3 years of verifiable OTR experience and a clean MVR, with a pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen.

Starting pay is $0.59 per mile, with increases to $0.60 after 1 year, $0.61 after 2 years, $0.62 after 3 years, $0.63 after 4 years, and $0.64 after 5 years. Potential annual earnings range from $50,000 to $100,000, plus bonuses for safety and referrals.

• Clear MVR - No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must be able to DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen & physical capacity test.
• Must pass driving test.
