Monson-and-Sons,-Inc. seeks a Full Time - Single - Company Driver to haul across the United States. You must hold a Class A CDL and have verifiable OTR experience; clean MVR preferred.

Starting pay is $0.59 per mile, with raises to $0.64 over 5 years, plus bonuses and potential earnings up to $100K per year. Benefits begin after 90 days and include health, vision and dental insurance, AFLAC, paid vacation, 401K with 4% match, and driver referral bonuses.

Formación

• 3 years verifiable OTR Class A experience.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
• Clear MVR - no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.

Responsabilidades

• Drive routes across the United States as a company driver.
• Maintain safety and comply with DOT regulations.
• Complete all required paperwork and scans at cab or truck stop.

$0.59/mile starting, $0.60/mile after 1 yr of employment, $0.61/mile after 2 yrs of employment, $0.62/mile after 3 yrs of employment, $0.63/mile after 4 yrs of employment, $0.64/mile after 5 yrs of employment

Short haul miles, 1-150/mls is $0.15 additional per loaded mile, 151-368 is $0.10 additional per loaded mile

• Clear MVR - No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
