Monson-and-Sons, Inc. is seeking a Full Time - Single - Company Driver to operate across the United States. Candidates must hold a Class A CDL and have at least 3 years of verifiable OTR experience.

The role offers base mileage pay with incremental increases, stop pay, and various bonuses. Starting at $0.59 per mile, the pay progresses with years of service, plus short-haul premiums and comprehensive benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years verifiable OTR Class A experience.
• Must pass DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen and physical capability test.
• Clean MVR - no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must pass driving test.

Responsabilités

• Operate as a Full Time - Single - Company Driver on US routes.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company policies.
• Submit and scan paperwork via cab or truck stop, manage logs and miles.
• Earn potential $50K–$100K annually with incentive bonuses.
