Job summary

3RDGEN Logistics LLC is seeking a full-time, on-site position in Oklahoma City requiring a CDL-A with at least 2 years of over-the-road (OTR) driving experience. The role involves route planning, shipment documentation, and managing driver staffing to ensure on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate can train drivers, hire staff, and handle store-to-store transfers while maintaining safety standards and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to occasionally lift heavy merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Driver’s License.
• No more than 2 moving violations and/or 1 chargeable accident in the last three years.
• Flexibility for long haul assignments.
• Knowledge of safe operation of a heavy truck and applicable safety laws.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide routes and meeting delivery times.
• OTR Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of all shipments.
• Ensure loads reach their destination on time as outlined by 3RDGEN Logistics LLC.
• Must be able to quickly gain knowledge of merchandise and documents used in store-to-store transfers and third-party shipment of loads.
• Check daily assignments and responsibilities; train drivers; hire and maintain staff.
• Any other duties as directed by management.
