Job summary

UNIS is seeking a CDL OTR Driver for a dedicated ORD/LAX/DFW route based in Orlando, FL. You will transport goods across long distances, perform safety inspections, and keep logs while delivering on time.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of OTR experience, a high school diploma, and a clean driving record. Hazmat endorsement is a plus; weekend availability and strong time management are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of OTR driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Availability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
• Hazmat endorsement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods safely and efficiently over long distances.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations regarding transportation.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle logs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules.
• Handle cargo loading and unloading as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of safety.
• Report any issues or concerns with the vehicle or cargo immediately.

Pay - .55 Cpm On Duty / Non Driving Hourly - $30/hr
