Job summary

TheraDynamics outpatient clinics are seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat a diverse caseload, including hand therapy, neuro rehabilitation, and functional assessments. You will develop creative, evidence-based plans, fabricate splints when needed, and educate patients and families on home programs.

The role emphasizes one-on-one patient care and mentorship within a collaborative team. Qualified candidates hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in OT, NY license (or eligibility),

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in New York or eligible for licensure.
• NBCOT certification (or eligible).
• Interest in outpatient rehabilitation and diverse caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient clients across a diverse caseload.
• Design creative, evidence-based treatment plans and educate patients.
• Fabricate custom splints when needed and guide home programs.
• Provide one-on-one care with each patient and track progress.
