Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state Occupational Therapist license (or eligible).
• Experience or interest in hand therapy, outpatient rehab, and SNF settings.
• Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adult patients with orthopedic, neurological, and functional conditions.
• Provide hand therapy services, including post-surgical and non-surgical upper extremity conditions.
• Deliver outpatient adult rehabilitation focused on functional independence and return to daily activities.
• Provide inpatient SNF therapy services, collaborating with nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive strategies.
• Maintain compliance with state licensure, facility policies, and payer requirements.
