Solo drivers earn 65 cents/mi base plus up to 10 cents/mi bonus and a $2,500 sign-on. Team drivers earn 77 cents/mi with a $10,000 sign-on. Home time is two weeks out with two nights at home, and most miles are no-touch.

Compensation And Bonuses

Solo Drivers

• Base pay: 65 cents per mile
• Safety and productivity bonus: up to 10 cents per mile

• Weekly pay range: $1,350 - $2,250

Team Drivers

• Base pay: 77 cents per mile
• Safety and productivity bonus: 5 cents per mile
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
• 99% no touch
• Weekly pay range: $3,200-$4,500 (split)
