We pay weekly with base rates plus bonuses; Solo drivers earn 65¢/mile plus up to 10¢/mile in bonuses and a $2,500 sign-on, while Team drivers earn 77¢/mile plus 5¢/mile in bonuses and a $10,000 sign-on. Home time is 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home, with 99% no touch freight.

Compensation And Bonuses

Solo Drivers

• Base pay: 65 cents per mile
• Safety and productivity bonus: up to 10 cents per mile
• $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
• 99% no touch
• Weekly pay range: $1,350 - $2,250

Team Drivers

• Base pay: 77 cents per mile
• Safety and productivity bonus: 5 cents per mile
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
• 99% no touch
• Weekly pay range: $3,200-$4,500 (split)
