HMD Trucking, Inc. is seeking experienced CDL Class A drivers for Dry Van positions in West Virginia. The role offers solid pay, strong freight, and full support for every mile.

Solo drivers earn base pay per mile with bonuses and a $2,500 sign-on; team drivers earn higher per-mile rates with a $10,000 sign-on. Home time is 2 weeks out with 2 nights at home, and 99% no touch freight.

Qualifications

• Active CDL Class A license.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years.
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents.

Compensation And Bonuses

Solo Drivers

• Base pay: 65 cents per mile
• Safety and productivity bonus: up to 10 cents per mile
• $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
• 99% no touch
• Weekly pay range: $1,350 - $2,250

Team Drivers

• Base pay: 77 cents per mile
• Safety and productivity bonus: 5 cents per mile
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
• 99% no touch
• Weekly pay range: $3,200-$4,500 (split)

Drivers operate late-model trucks, including Peterbilt 579 and Freightliner Cascadia models, all less than 3 years old. Features include:
