HMD Trucking is seeking experienced CDL Class A drivers for Dry Van positions. We offer steady freight, strong pay, and full support for every mile.

This role features 99% no touch freight, weekly pay, sign-on bonuses, and two weeks out with two nights at home. OTR experience and a clean driving record are required. We provide in-house maintenance, modern equipment, and ongoing training to keep you safe and productive.

Compensation And Bonuses

Solo Drivers

• Base pay: 65 cents per mile
• Safety and productivity bonus: up to 10 cents per mile
• $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
• 99% no touch
• Weekly pay range: $1,350 - $2,250

Team Drivers

• Base pay: 77 cents per mile
• Safety and productivity bonus: 5 cents per mile
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
• 99% no touch
• Weekly pay range: $3,200-$4,500 (split)

Drivers operate late-model trucks, including Peterbilt 579 and Freightliner Cascadia models, all less than 3 years old. Features include:
