Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time Distribution & Delivery driver in Midland, TX to safely operate a tractor-trailer and stock store shelves with beloved PepsiCo brands.

You will load/unload, log deliveries, and communicate with dispatch across day and night shifts. Minimum qualifications include a Class A CDL, extensive accident-free driving, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A rewarding, full-time role with competitive pay and benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• At least 100,000 verifiable accident-free miles or 2,500 accident-free hours.
• Willing to work holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift 15–50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Able to drive tractor-trailer for long shifts and up to 11 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor/trailer and deliver to designated destinations in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
• Load/unload trailers and handle pallets or product overhead as needed.
• Transport chips, dips, and other items to large stores and distribution centers.
• Obtain signatures, manage returns, and complete delivery logs and paperwork.
• Use electronic logs and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and dispatch continuously.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Possess a valid Class "A" commercial driver's license
• Have at least 100,000 verifiable accident-free miles or more than 2,500 accident-free hours
• Willing to work holidays and weekends
• Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a tractor/trailer and transport products to and from specified destinations in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
• Load and unload trailers, which may include manual loading, palletized loading/unloading, use of a two-wheeler, and lifting product overhead
• Transport chips, dips, and more to large grocery stores, Frito-Lay manufacturing facilities, rural storage units, and other traffic centers
• Obtain signatures of receipt, pick up returns, complete logs and paperwork related to deliveries, and review invoices and/or manifests
• Use an electronic logging device, such as a tablet or onboard computer, and complete pre- and post-trip truck inspections
• Communicate with customers, sales drivers, and dispatch throughout the day or night
