Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator to join our safety-conscious team in Tucker, GA. Home time is two weeks out and non-negotiable, with weekly average miles around 2,600 and a compensation package including on-duty time paid via hourly demurrage or mileage pay.

We run nationwide routes, with bi-weekly home time and a strong focus on health and safety. Responsibilities include operating tractor-trailer units, proper loading/unloading of waste, securing loads, DOT

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL and HazMat/Tanker endorsements.
• Minimum 12 months Class A driving experience.
• Ability to use mobile applications and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Operates tractor trailer units.
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; secures loads.
• Placards vehicle per DOT requirements/regulations.
• Maintains daily logs, invoicing, time sheets, dispatch and trip reports, and vehicle inspection reports.

Ready to run anywhere specially NC, NJ, KY, OH, Northeast, FL, TN

Weekly average mile - 2600

• Average $200-250K per year
• Bi-Weekly home time

Responsibilities

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates tractor trailer units
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, invoicing, time sheets, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

Qualifications

• Class A CDL
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
• Minium 12 months of Class A driving experience
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
