Optimum Staffing , Inc is seeking a professional truck driver for an OTR team driving role based in Waco, TX. Earn weekly pay with a schedule that typically runs Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday depending on routes.

Operate an Automatic Sleeper Tractor with a 53′ Dry Van, transporting aerospace materials on roughly 2 runs per week. You will unload using an electric pallet jack and must pass DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with 24 months of verifiable driving experience.
• Age 23 or older.
• Able to work as part of an OTR driving team.
• Flexible with Sunday or Monday departures and varying AM dispatch times.
• Comfortable operating an Automatic Sleeper Tractor with a 53′ Dry Van.
• Willing to perform Touch Freight using an electric pallet jack.
• Able to pass DOT Physical, Drug Screen, and Background Checks.
• No DUIs/DWIs within the last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations in the last 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Schedule runs Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday as routes require.
• Operate an Automatic Sleeper Tractor with a 53′ Dry Van.
• Run from Waco, TX to Wichita Falls, TX and Dover, with ~2 runs per week.
• Transport aerospace materials with ~10-hour driving shifts.
• Touch Freight: unload deliveries using an electric pallet jack.

• Compensation includes mileage, stops, drops, and per diem
• Full-time OTR Team Driving Position with an established driver who is experienced on this route
• Schedule runs Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday, depending on route needs
• Operate an Automatic Sleeper Tractor with a 53′ Dry Van
• Run from Waco, TX to Wichita Falls, TX and Dover, with approximately 2 runs per week
• Transport aerospace materials with approximately 10-hour driving shifts
• Touch Freight: Unload deliveries using an electric pallet jack

Requirements
