Job summary

Optimum Staffing, Inc. is hiring for an OTR team driving position based in Waco, TX. You will operate a newer automatic sleeper tractor with a 53′ dry van, running to Murfreesboro, TN or Port Huron, MI, with home time for resets.

Earn $2,500–$2,600+ per week, paid weekly. Compensation includes mileage, stops, drops, and per diem, and you must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background checks. DOT regulations apply with flexible workdays and varying routes.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with 24 months of verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable working as part of an OTR driving team.
• Must be flexible with varying workdays, dispatch times, and route assignments.
• Must be able to pass a DOT Physical, Drug Screen, and Background Checks.
• No DUIs/DWIs within the last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations within the last 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Earn $2,500–$2,600+/WK | Paid Weekly.
• Compensation includes mileage, stops, drops, and per diem.
• OTR Team Driving Position with consistent weekly routes and home time for resets.
• Operate a newer Automatic Sleeper Tractor with a 53′ Dry Van.
• Run from Waco, TX to Murfreesboro, TN or Port Huron, MI.
• Transport aerospace materials with approximately 10-hour driving shifts.
• Touch Freight: Unload deliveries using an electric pallet jack.
• No set workdays; must be flexible with routing and scheduling while following all DOT requirements.
