Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Dunmore, PA is hiring a full-time Driver (Class A CDL) to transport building materials to customers, distribution centers and job sites. This role requires safe driving, customer service, and the ability to manage cargo and logs.

You will typically run long-haul routes, 2-3 days out, with overtime as needed. Benefits include day-one medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 2+ years of truck driving experience, preferably long-haul
• Able to pass drug screen and background check
• Willingness to tarp and strap flatbed loads
• Experience operating trailer-mounted forklift
• Familiarity with GPS and AVL units
• Ability to load/unload cargo and meet physical demands

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer to deliver building materials to customers, distribution centers, and job sites
• Transport goods, including long-distance trips across state lines
• Maintain logs of hours, miles, and deliveries
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
• Plan routes using GPS and coordinate with dispatch
• Ensure cargo is secured and unload safely at destinations
