Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a dedicated delivery driver in Florida to transport building materials to dealers, distribution centers and job sites. A valid CDL and two years of driving experience are required, along with a clean driving record and strong safety practices.

You will perform pre/post trip inspections, load/unload with appropriate equipment, and ensure loads are secured and verified before leaving the facility.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Two years of commercial truck driving experience required (military DD214 acceptable).
• Clean driving record is required.
• Familiarity with tarp systems and load securement.
• Ability to operate trailer-mounted forklift and load/unload safely.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Multi-drop delivery experience a plus.
• Strong time-management and independent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver building materials to dealers, distribution centers, and construction sites via tractor-trailer.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Load and unload truck using equipment specified.
• Ensure loads are secured and verified prior to departure.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Occasional weekend work and flexible hours as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned.
