Blackhawk Transport is seeking an OTR CDL-A driver for a flatbed fleet with no tarp requirements. Earn $95,000–$102,000 annually, plus a $5,000 New Hire bonus and a $1,000 referral bonus. Typical runs are about four weeks out, with flexible home time options and performance incentives.

Paid by the mile with start rate of $0.65 cpm, rising to $0.67 cpm after one year. Average weekly mileage per truck is around 2,900 miles, with intermediate stop pay of $5 per stop and remote orientation
