Job summary

Blackhawk Transport is seeking an OTR CDL A Driver for the flatbed fleet with no tarp requirements. Earn $95,000-$102,000 per year, plus a $5,000 new hire bonus and a $1,000 referral bonus. Drivers are out about four weeks at a time; home time can be discussed with notice.

Pay is by the mile, starting at 0.65 cpm, rising to 0.67 cpm after year one. Expect roughly 2,900 miles per truck per week, with bonuses for safety, referrals and inspections.

Qualifications

• CDL A license required.
• Flatbed trucking experience preferred.
• Able to be out 4 weeks at a time.
• Home time negotiable with notice.

Responsibilities

• Operate OTR flatbed routes with no tarp requirements.
• Maximize earnings through trip planning and efficient routing.
• Set accurate ETAs to meet destination due dates.
