Job summary

Blackhawk Transport is seeking an OTR CDL A Driver for our flatbed fleet. Earn $95,000-$102,000 per year with a $5,000 new hire bonus and a $1,000 referral bonus. Drivers are out about 4 weeks at a time and can discuss home time with notice.

Pay is by the mile: starting at 0.65 cpm, increasing to 0.67 cpm after your first year. Avg 2,900 miles per truck per week. No tarping, pet & rider friendly, remote orientation available, and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• OTR CDL A required for flatbed operation.
• Out 4 weeks at a time with potential home-time discussion.
• No tarp required on loads.

Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed trucks for long-haul routes.
• Be paid by the mile with escalating CPM.
• Plan trips to maximize earnings and meet deadlines.
• Utilize stop/pay structures and bonuses when eligible.
