Blackhawk Transport is seeking an OTR CDL A driver for its flatbed fleet. Earnings are projected at $95,000-$102,000 per year with generous incentives and a $5,000 New Hire Bonus. Expect trips of about four weeks away from home, flexible home-time options, and no tarping required.

Paid by the mile with starting rates around $0.65/mile, increasing after one year. Weekly mileage targets, plus bonuses for safety and referrals, enhance total compensation.

Responsibilities

• Drivers are out on average 4 weeks at a time.
• You set your own ETAs as long as you meet destination due dates.
• Intermediate Stop Pay is $5 per stop, paid monthly.
• No tarp is required on flatbed loads.
