Trucking Talent Solutions is hiring for a 1099 CDL-A OTR Dry Van role. Run all 48 states with new 2027 Volvo and Freightliner trucks. No-touch freight and flexible home-time options available.

Earn $0.65–$0.75 per mile (loaded and empty) with detention, layover and safety bonuses. Scheduling options: 2 weeks out with 3–4 days home, or 3 weeks out with 1 full week home. A valid verifiable driving record and the stated age are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 23 years old
• 2 consecutive years of verifiable experience
• No DUI, felony driving convictions, or major violations in the last 5 years
• Maximum 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
