Job summary

Trucking Talent Solutions is seeking drivers for 1099 CDL-A OTR Dry Van routes. Run all 48 states with new 2027 Volvo & Freightliners. Two options exist: 2 weeks out with 3–4 days home, or 3 weeks out with a full week home.

Pay is $0.65–$0.75 per mile with loaded and empty miles paid, plus detention, layover and safety bonuses. No-touch dry van freight. This offers long-haul OTR opportunities across the continental U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 23 years old.
• 2 consecutive years of verifiable experience.
• No DUI, felony driving convictions, or major violations in the last 5 years.
• Maximum 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
