Trucking Talent Solutions is recruiting for a 1099 CDL-A OTR Dry Van position with 48-state coverage and new 2027 Volvo & Freightliners. Pay includes $0.65–$0.75 CPM for loaded and empty miles, plus detention, layover and safety bonuses. This role features no-touch dry van freight and generous home time options.

Schedules offer 2 weeks out with 3–4 days home, or 3 weeks out with 1 full week home. Applicants must meet the age and experience requirements and have a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 23 years old.
• 2 consecutive years of verifiable experience.
• No DUI, felony driving convictions, or major violations in the last 5 years.
• Maximum 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
