Job summary

Trucking Talent Solutions is seeking a 1099 CDL-A driver for OTR dry van operations across all 48 contiguous states. New 2027 Volvo & Freightliners are used, with detainment, layover and safety bonuses. Drivers are paid per mile with no-touch freight and a flexible home-time schedule.

Expect 2 weeks out with 3–4 days home, or 3 weeks out with 1 full week home. A strong safety record and verifiable experience are required for this independent contractor role in the Lincoln area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 23 years old
• 2 consecutive years of verifiable experience
• No DUI, felony driving convictions, or major violations in the last 5 years
• Maximum 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
