Job summary

Trucking Talent Solutions is seeking a CDL-A driver for 1099 OTR Dry Van duties across the continental fleet. This role pays per mile with loaded and empty mileage covered at 0.65–0.75 CPM, with bonuses for detention, layover, and safety.

Home time options vary: 2 weeks out with 3–4 days home, or 3 weeks out with a full week home. Candidates must be at least 23 years old with 2 consecutive years of verifiable experience and no recent major violations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 23 years old.
• 2 consecutive years of verifiable experience as a CDL-A driver.
• No DUI, felony driving convictions, or major violations in the last 5 years.
• Maximum 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate 1099 CDL-A OTR Dry Van routes across all 48 states.
• Manage loaded and empty mile pay according to CPM.
• Maintain safe driving practices and compliance with DOT regulations.
