10-4 Logistics USA is seeking new CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van lanes with a mentor beside you during training. After training, you will earn per-mile pay and begin long-haul routes, with no unloading duties and minimal home time.

Qualifications

• Recent CDL-school grads welcome, with no professional driving experience needed.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• ELDT completed through FMCSA-registered training provider.
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Drive no-touch dry van freight on over-the-road (OTR) lanes.
• Mentor rides with you during training and learning period.
• Unloading is not required; loads stay sealed for the customer.
• Maintain safe driving records and comply with federal requirements.
