Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring new CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van with a mentor during the initial training period. Pay during training is a weekly mentor wage of $650-$850, then per-mile pay of $0.55-$0.69 after training.

The job is over-the-road with no-touch freight and loads stay sealed for the customer. Nights at home are not promised, and drivers are out for about two weeks at a time. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Recent CDL-school grads welcome, no professional driving exp required.
• ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Drive no-touch dry van freight with a mentor for training.
• Operate over the road with no unloading duties.
• Follow schedule and handle on-the-road logistics while loads stay sealed.
