Job summary

Blackhawk Transport is seeking an experienced OTR CDL-A driver for a dedicated flatbed fleet (no tarping). Earn $95,000–$102,000 per year with a $5,000 New Hire Bonus and a $1,000 referral bonus.

Expect about 4 weeks out, flexible home time with notice, and pay by the mile (starting at 0.65 cpm, increasing to 0.67 cpm after year one). Benefits include medical, life insurance, STD/LTD, dental, vision, FSA/DFSA, holiday pay, and training pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL
• Minimum 12 months CDL-A truck driving experience
• Safe Driving Record including PSP
• OTR - Flatbed experience preferred
• No tarp required driving

Responsibilities

• Operate OTR routes nationwide as part of a flatbed fleet.
• Plan trips to meet destinations by due dates and optimize earnings.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines while on the road.
• Use trip planning to maximize earnings and ensure timely deliveries.
