Job summary

Blackhawk Transport is seeking Dedicated Company Drivers to join our OTR flatbed fleet. CDL-A required with at least 12 months of experience; no tarping is needed. Earn between $95,000 and $102,000 per year, with a $5,000 new hire bonus and a $1,000 referral bonus.

Expect ~4 weeks out with flexible home time via discussed arrangements. We offer competitive benefits including Anthem BCBS PPO medical, life insurance, STD/LTD, dental and vision, FSA/DFSA, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class-A CDL.
• Minimum 12 months CDL-A truck driving experience.
• Safe driving record includes PSP (PSP points may be reviewed).

Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed trucks within a dedicated fleet.
• Drive OTR routes with adherence to deadlines and trip planning.
• No tarping required; ensure secure cargo and compliance with safety standards.
