Job summary

Harmony Health in Perris, CA is seeking an onsite OTP Manager to oversee daily operations of the Behavioral Health staff and administrative functions within a dyad leadership model with the Executive Clinic Director and Medical Director.

The role focuses on patient intake coordination, clinical workflow optimization, regulatory reporting, and staff supervision, with emphasis on compassionate, culturally humble care for diverse populations affected by substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Availability to work outside of regular clinic hours as needed.
• Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patient Intake and Coordination: Make initial contact with potential patients and obtain necessary information to determine the appropriate program before seeing the Medical Provider.
• Administrative and Reporting: Maintain and update HH stats, generate reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Staff Coordination and Support: Supervise front office and related staff, update calendars, and coordinate shift coverage.
• Conflict Resolution and Clinic Security: Resolve conflicts and maintain a safe clinic environment.
• Other Duties: Assist with county reports, outreach, tribal relations, and program development.
