Job summary

Harmony Health is seeking a Clinic Director to lead the Perris, CA clinic, reporting to the Regional Director of Clinic Operations. The role oversees MOUD delivery, primary care integration, and wraparound services within a dyad leadership model with the Medical Director.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in substance use disorders, primary care, and behavioral health, and work with multicultural populations to provide whole-person care in a tribal partnership context.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting a clinic or healthcare program.
• Experience with accreditation surveys (CARF, Joint Commission, AAAHC).
• Experience with integrated primary care and wraparound service delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational, clinical, and administrative leadership for the OTP and integrated services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, patient access, and financial results at the site level.
• Lead talent management, staff development, and budget management.
