Southwest Ohio ENT Specialists seeks an Otologist to provide specialized medical and surgical care for pediatric and adult patients with ear, hearing, and balance disorders. You will diagnose, treat, and manage complex conditions, collaborating with audiologists and other specialists to deliver patient-centered care.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practices, pre- and postoperative care, and ongoing education for patients and families.

Competenze

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
• Additional focused training and/or experience in otology preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency program.

Mansioni

• Diagnose, manage, and treat ear-related conditions in pediatric and adult patients.
• Perform medical and surgical procedures related to ear diseases.
• Evaluate patients for hearing rehabilitation and implantable hearing technologies when appropriate.
• Interpret diagnostic findings and develop comprehensive treatment plans with the care team.
• Provide preoperative and postoperative care for otologic surgical patients.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, options, procedures, and prevention.
• Maintain accurate medical records and participate in quality improvement.
• Collaborate with SOENTS physicians and specialists for coordinated care.
