Job summary

Commonwealth Medical Services in Lima, Ohio seeks an Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a collaborative specialty team providing comprehensive medical and surgical care for ear, nose, throat, head and neck disorders.

The successful candidate will evaluate and treat patients across ages, perform ENT procedures, and contribute to patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team. Strong clinical and surgical skills and Ohio licensure readiness are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for unrestricted Ohio medical licensure.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
• Perform ENT surgical procedures utilizing current evidence-based techniques.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialty providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, surgical procedures, and recovery expectations.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.
