Job Opportunity: Otolaryngologist in North Florida
This north Florida health system is seeking an experienced and board-certified otolaryngologist for our growing program.
Qualified Candidates:
- Comfortable with traumatic ear, nose, and throat procedures, including but not limited to:
- Repair of external ears
- Assisting in complex facial trauma with ophthalmologists, neurosurgeons, and/or plastic surgeons
- Laryngotracheal injuries
- Adult-only in the hospital setting
- Board eligibility or certification required
- Relevant experience preferred
- Focus mainly on trauma and emergent/acute ENT procedures, including:
- Hospital-based care
- Managing inpatient consults
- Rounding on patients
- Managing follow-up clinics
- Share a month with another dedicated otolaryngologist on an on/off schedule
- The hospital's trauma program is the area's only ACS-verified Level 1 trauma center serving 5 counties and over 1 million residents. It is also a teaching hospital for the University of Central Florida, hosting the UCF residency consortium.
