Job description

A progressive healthcare system in central New York is adding another ENT/Otolaryngologist. The new physician will join a team of three ENTs and three NP/PAs.

Practice Highlights

1. ENT services include otology, laryngology, facial plastic surgery, sinus surgery, head, and neck surgery
2. Solid in-house referral base includes over 100 primary care clinicians
3. Rhinology focus would be a huge plus (not required)
4. Call no more than 1:4

Compensation/Benefits:

1. Salary guarantee ranges from $400,000 - $476,675 + production bonus
