DETAILS:

1. Plan to develop a group of four ENT surgeons with a broad scope of ENT interests
2. Call is 1 in 4
3. Medical Center is 290 beds. It is the sole hospital in this city & the primary referral center for Northern NY serving military and military dependents, home of the 10th Mountain Army
4. Single Specialty Group - Employed by Medical Center with an annual salary of $420,000 plus a WRVU productivity model
5. Office space ideally located with on-campus proximity to the hospital

BENEFITS:
