Job Description

Televisit MD Inc. is an innovative telehealth software platform seeking to expand its database of healthcare practitioners. This is a 100% remote position offering a competitive pay model, an easy-to-navigate system, and unlimited access to patients across the United States. Working with Televisit MD provides access to new quality patients, Medmal coverage, a virtual workspace, EHR, e-prescribing, and telehealth tools that enable flexible patient and provider interactions, replacing traditional brick-and-mortar practices.

We are currently seeking applications from practitioners with D.O. licensure. Preference is given to those licensed in multiple states.

The role involves providing high-quality medical care by examining patients and treating ailments, focusing on prevention and healthy habits. A qualified Doctor of Osteopathy should be knowledgeable about diseases, epidemiology, and medical conditions to interpret symptoms and diagnose accurately. Patience and physical endurance are essential due to the demanding nature of the job.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct routine check-ups to assess health conditions and identify issues.
2. Advise on healthy habits and preventative measures.
3. Examine and evaluate ill patients to determine their condition.
4. Ask questions to uncover causes of illness.
5. Diagnose based on scientific knowledge and patient history.
6. Prescribe and interpret lab tests.
7. Prescribe non-narcotic medications with proper instructions.
