Job description

ENT group includes 3 physicians and 2 APPs. The group features a physician specializing in laryngology, a high-demand specialty that has historically earned well above the median for efficient physicians.

Position Highlights:

1. $625,000 + bonus based on RVU production
2. $75,000 sign-on bonus
3. $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
4. Quality bonus (eligible upon earning base salary)
5. 33 days of time off
6. 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
7. 1:4 call
