Job description

Health Center is seeking a full-time BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join three physicians and two APPs in a well-established clinic.

Highlights include:

1. $625,000 + bonus based on RVU production
2. $75,000 sign-on bonus
3. $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
4. Quality bonus (eligible upon earning base salary)
5. 33 days of time off
6. 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
7. 1:4 call
8. ENT Clinic is located on the hospital campus with convenient access to the surgery center.
9. This is a general ENT position with access to advanced equipment such as Acclarent's TruDi Navigation System.
