Salary: $625K base plus RVU, $75K SOB, $60K retention (3 yrs)

The ENT Physician Job Description:

• Full-time, direct hire opportunity
• Monday to Friday, clinic hours
• Up to $15K relocation assistance

The ENT Physician Responsibilities:
