Job Title: Locum to Perm - Physician - Otolaryngology

Join our team at a premier medical center in Des Moines, Iowa! We are seeking a full-time Locum to Perm Otolaryngologist to address our growing patient needs. This well-equipped facility offers both inpatient and clinic coverage, ensuring a comprehensive care experience for our community. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with convenient hours from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient and clinic coverage across locations.
• Maintain a physician-nurse ratio of 1:1.
• Offer a range of ENT services in a fully supported practice setting.
• Manage a daily patient volume of 30 or more patients.
• Participate in the call schedule.
• Engage in teaching opportunities for medical staff.
• Utilize the EPIC electronic medical records system.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Otolaryngology - REQUIRED
• Active Iowa Medical License or Active IMLC - REQUIRED
• Availability for full-time employment - REQUIRED
• Prior experience in Otolaryngology - REQUIRED

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification in Otolaryngology is mandatory.
• Must hold an active Iowa Medical License or be eligible under the Interstate Medical License Compact.
