Position: Locum to Permanent MD/DO Otolaryngologist
Location: Des Moines, Iowa

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a full spectrum of ENT conditions involving the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
Perform in-office procedures as well as operative interventions in surgical settings
Collaborate with audiologists, speech pathologists, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care
Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing patient follow-up
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
Active Iowa medical license or ability to obtain
Proficiency in both clinical and surgical ENT procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to transitioning to a permanent role after the locum period
