Position Details

• Full-time, permanent
• Hospital-employed
• Join 3 ENTs, adding a 4th due to growth
• Ready-made practice with excellent referral resources, featuring a network of 30+ primary care outreach facilities, serving a patient population of 750,000 throughout Kentucky and Ohio

Compensation/Benefits

• $550K + productivity for the first 2 years, based on $62 per wRVU
