Stable and Growing health system is looking to hire an ENT / Otolaryngologist in an outpatient Community Health Center in the Columbus, NE area!

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $514,000 + productivity (flexibility to adjust in association with the ideal perm candidate)

Sign on bonus: $51,400

Relocation: $10k

• Building offers 5 medical office specialists, patient waiting area, and clinical space.
• Patient support is provided through transportation, an outreach and enrollment department that assists residents in enrolling in healthcare marketplace, Medicaid, Medicare, and telehealth services.
• Experienced growth in patient numbers since 2018.

Role with the Company:

Clinic volume: 20-30 patients/day

Clinic hours: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)

Clinic schedule: 3 clinic days; 1 surgery day; 1 admin day or day off

Required call: 1:3 weekdays, 1:4 weekends

Low call burden

EMR: Paragon Allscripts

Level III trauma center

Clinic Staff:

• 1 FT ENT, 1 PT ENT, 1 Weekend Call Coverage ENT (excluding retiring ENT)
• 1 FT Nurse Practitioner

Background Profile:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible ENT / Otolaryngologist
• No experience required
• Open to J1 and H1B Visa Candidates
