Job summary

NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health seeks an Otolaryngologist to provide comprehensive ENT care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The role includes dedicated OR block time with robotic procedures and outpatient clinic sessions with patient continuity.

You will perform inpatient rounds, respond to ER consults, and educate surgical residents and medical students in an academic hospital environment, sharing a call schedule.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology.
  • Licensed to practice medicine in New York.

Opportunity Details:

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $204,000* (board eligible); $210,000* (board certified) based on 24-hour work week.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $248,400** (board eligible) and $255,000** (board certified),which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:

  • Projectedbonus of up to $24,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
  • 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
    • Employeesareimmediatelyvested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match isrequired.
    • Afterone year of service, employees receiveanadditional7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match isrequired.
  • AnnualContinuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
  • GenerousPaid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
  • Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage:Top-tierplans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.
  • LifeInsurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Coverage: Equal to 2x your salary (up to a maximum of $300,000) provided at no cost to you.
